Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav is an initiative of the Government of India to celebrate and commemorate 75 years of independence.
Maharashtra state president Shri Nitin Agarwal along with his team is conducting “Mega Tree Plantation” tomorrow I.e., 29th July 2022 at Lonavala.
SFHR celebrated AZADI KA AMRIT MAHOTSAV by a “Mega Tree Plantation Drive” in and around railway residences Lonavala. 
SFHR Maharashtra State team in collaboration with Shri Satyanarayana Charitable Trust organised MEGA TREE PLANTATION DRIVE in Railway Area Lonavla, on 28,29 and 30 July wherein more than 500 plants have been planted in over 4 Acres of land; strengthening of these plants was done with the support of bamboos.
Along with State President SFHR Shri Nitin Agrawal, Jt.General Secretary Shri Kumar Dhaigude, Treasurer Shri Sanjay Sonavne and large no. of Railway Officials, Doctors, Railway Protection Force graced the event.
